Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Vibe Coding Plan ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.

2. The Service

The Service helps you create AI-generated project plans, tasks, and prompts; run coding tasks through connected AI agents; export plans; list and sell project templates on the marketplace; browse tools and boilerplates; and use integrations such as GitHub, Vercel, MCP, the ChatGPT plugin, and API tokens. Features may change, and some require a paid plan or credits.

3. Accounts

You must keep your login details confidential and are responsible for activity on your account. You may sign in with email or Google. You can delete your account from your profile. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, PAYG, and deals

Paid access includes monthly subscriptions, pay-as-you-go plan credits, featured-tool payments, and third-party lifetime deals such as AppSumo. Fees are charged in advance through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel or manage billing in the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. Unused PAYG credits do not expire unless we say otherwise at checkout.

5. Marketplace: selling and buying ideas

Sellers may list their own project templates, plans, and related idea packages. By listing, you confirm you have the right to sell that content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

• We charge a 20% platform fee on each completed sale. The remaining 80% goes to the seller.
• Payouts are sent through PayPal using the email you set up.
• A buyer receives a copy of the listed project and its tasks in their account. They do not receive exclusive ownership of the idea, your GitHub repo, API keys, or deploy hooks unless you separately agree in writing.
• Sellers keep their original project. Multiple buyers may buy the same listing unless you set a sell limit.
• The purchase is a license to use the delivered plan and tasks for the buyer's own projects. It is not a transfer of patents, trademarks, or exclusive IP.
• Marketplace sales are generally final. We are not a party to disputes between buyers and sellers, but we may refund, pause a listing, or withhold a payout if we believe there is fraud, infringement, or a failed delivery.

We may remove listings that are misleading, illegal, scraped, or that we reasonably believe you do not own.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the projects, plans, prompts, listings, tool pages, and other content you upload or create. You grant us a license to host, display, copy, and process that content only to operate the Service — including cloning a listed project for a buyer and showing public marketplace or tools listings. You are responsible for backups and for content you publish publicly.

7. AI features

Plans, tasks, prompts, and executed code are generated by third-party AI models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content produced for others. We do not warrant that AI output is unique, fit for a particular purpose, or free of third-party IP claims. You decide whether to use, edit, or ship any output. If you connect your own API keys, those providers bill you under their terms.

8. Integrations and API tokens

Connecting GitHub, Vercel, AI providers, MCP, or API tokens authorizes us to use those credentials to run the features you request (for example linking a repo, sending prompts, or executing tasks). You can disconnect integrations in settings. You must not share tokens that grant more access than needed. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes to their APIs.

9. Tools directory, showcases, and social rewards

You may submit tools to the public directory and pay to feature a listing. Featured placement is advertising, not an endorsement. Votes, leaderboards, showcases, and social-share rewards may be adjusted or withdrawn if we detect abuse.

10. Affiliate program

Affiliates earn commission on qualifying paid subscriptions referred through their link, at the rate shown on the affiliate page (currently 50% recurring unless we change it). Tracking uses a referral cookie. We may withhold or reverse commission for refunds, chargebacks, self-referrals, or fraud. Payouts follow the minimum and schedule published in the program.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate law or infringe intellectual property
• List content you do not own or have rights to sell
• Upload malware, scrape the Service, or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the Service to generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
• Circumvent usage limits, payments, or affiliate rules

12. Our intellectual property

The Service, branding, and our original product features are owned by Vibe Coding Plan. These Terms do not transfer our trademarks or software to you. Feedback you send may be used without obligation to you.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. After termination, marketplace payouts already earned may still be processed, and we may retain records needed for billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

14. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful AI execution, or that a marketplace idea will earn money. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will post the new Terms and update the date above. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
